Dive Charters:
**Please be at the dock 30 minutes prior to departure**
We suggest a 1-month advance reservation during the on-season (May
31-Sept. 7) to ensure availability of Charter date. Upon receipt of
your Private Charter Reservation Form, a 50% nonrefundable deposit
of the Charter price will be charged to your credit card. (Deposits
will be refunded in case of trip cancellation by the Captain). The
day prior to the Charter, the balance will be charged to your credit
card. Boat fees do not include any dive equipment or gratuities. No
representation is made as to the visibility, speed or direction of
currents, water temperature or any other water conditions. Captain
reserves the right to cancel any Charter, change the destination of
any Charter or refuse to allow anyone to board the vessel or Dive
from the vessel.
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover or cash. No personal checks accepted.
USS Oriskany Dive Suggestions:
 Bring your Certification Card and Log Book.
Divers should have the following equipment (1) whistle, (2) safety
sausage, (3) dive computer or dive tables, (4) gloves, (5) timing device/watch, and (6) pressure gauge.
We suggest that divers without advanced certification or a deep
diver specialty certification secure the services of a Divemaster.
Technical diving is permitted only on specially scheduled trips or
with private booking. Additional charges will apply for tech
divers.

The minimum number of divers required for a walk-on trip is 6.

14-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES - YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR PRIVATE CHARTER RESERVATION BY 14 DAYS
PRIOR TO THE TRIP TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. Cancellations of Private
Charters less than 14 days before the trip and "no shows" will be
charged at the private charter rate unless rebooking is possible.

Reservation Form along with a Diver's Release of Liability and fax
to our office at (850) 944-3314. Each member of your diving party
needs to sign a release of liability before the charter begins.

Homecoming Air Show Charters:

Friday, July 11, 2008, and Saturday, July 12, 2008
Start your day
with two dives on the worlds largest artificial reef, then stick
your fingers in your ears and watch the world famous Blue Angels
perform their acrobatic stunts right over your head, just off
Pensacola beach.
Avoid the crowds
on the beach and watch the show from the comfort of our boat or
floating in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
