Terms and Conditions:

Private Charters:

• We suggest a one-month advance reservation to ensure availability of charter date.
• 50% deposit required upon reservation of private charter. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Trip balance is due on the morning of the trip and must be paid by cash, credit card, money order or cashier's check (no personal checks accepted).
• Cancellation of private charters requires a 14-day notice prior to the trip date to be able to receive a full refund. Cancellations of private charters less than 14 days before the trip and "no shows" lose the deposit unless rebooking is possible.
• Please remember to tip your Dive Master or deckhand as they work for tips.

Walk Ons:

• Walk Ons require a four-person minimum to complete a trip.
• Full Payment for Walk Ons must be paid at the time of reservation by cash, credit card, money order or cashier's check (no personal checks accepted).
• We accept cancellations up to 48 hours in advance with full refund for Walk Ons. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the trip and "no shows" forfeit all fees paid.

Weather Cancellations: 

• No representation is made as to the visibility, speed or direction of currents, water temperature or any other weather conditions. Captain reserves the right to cancel any charter, change the destination of any charter or refuse to allow anyone on board the vessel or to dive from the vessel.
